For PTOs and PTAs
Your school's after-school programs shouldn't live in one volunteer's inbox.
One place where families register and pay for every program at your school, and a roster your front office can count on. It keeps working after you hand off the binder.
No cost to your PTO or PTA.

Sound familiar?
Sixteen programs. Sixteen sign-up forms. One volunteer.
A check for chess. A payment app for art. A form for robotics that closed yesterday.
A shared spreadsheet only you understand, rebuilt every term.
Parents emailing you to ask whether their kid got in.
And you're not the one who decides what providers have to do.
You volunteered to bring good programs to your school. The logistics came with it. That part can be fixed.
Two ways parent groups use enrops
How do PTAs run after-school enrichment programs?
Two ways. Some parent groups run the programs themselves and collect the money. Others coordinate outside providers who each run their own. enrops fits both: your group can open registration and take payments today, and the providers at your school can each do the same and send their rosters to the front office.
Your group runs programs and collects the money
Then you're the operator, and everything you need is live now.
- One link where families register, sign the waiver and pay
- Payments land in your group's own Stripe account
- Rosters with grade, homeroom teacher and pickup details
- Refunds and discount codes handled in the product
No cost to your PTO. Live in under 5 minutes.
Your group coordinates outside providers
Then you're the champion. The decision sits with your principal or front office, so your job is to carry it there.
- Providers run registration and payments in one place families recognize
- Each provider sends the office a roster in the same format
- Our team onboards your providers, with your school's name on the invitation
Money
How do we collect payments without handling checks?
Families pay by card, wallet or bank when they register, on their phone. The money goes to your parent group's own Stripe account and pays out to the group's bank account. No checks in a backpack, no volunteer's personal payment app in the middle, and refunds happen in the same place the payment did.
When program money moves through one volunteer's personal app, the records, the refunds and the questions all sit with that one person. On enrops they sit with the organization.

You're live
Your registration link
Put it in your flyer, your email, your school's newsletter, your bio.

What changes
Same programs. One way to sign up.
For families
One checkout they recognize from program to program. The price families see first is the price they pay. A confirmation email with the class details lands right away.
For the front office
Rosters arrive from each provider in the same format, with grade, homeroom teacher, and pickup and dismissal details.
For you
You stop being the relay between parents, providers and the office. The enrichment page you send parents becomes a list of links.
Volunteer turnover
How do we hand the program to next year's volunteers?
Set up your enrops account under an email your parent group owns. Your programs, registrations, rosters, waivers and payment records live in that account, so they stay with the organization when this year's volunteers move on. Next year's lead logs in and picks up where you left off.
The binder, the inbox and the spreadsheet only one person understood: that's what walks out the door in June. The account stays.
Send this to your principal
You can't require it. Your principal can. Here's the note.
Written to be read in under a minute. Add a greeting, put it under your own name, and send.
Our after-school programs each run their own sign-up form, payment method and roster. I found a way to put them in one format without adding work for the office.
It's called enrops. Each provider runs registration, payments and waivers there, and sends the office a roster with grade, homeroom teacher and pickup details. It was built by a former school leader whose company runs programs at 75+ school sites. There is no cost to the school or the PTO.
This page is written for schools: getenrops.com/for/schools
Could we look at it together? They offer a 30 minute demo on video.
Invite your providers
Once the office says yes, the rest takes one message.
You tell your providers
Let them know that programs at your school register through enrops. Want a smaller start? Ask only the providers who are new this season.
Each provider creates a registration
enrops is free for businesses. A provider names the program, sets the price and publishes a link. They keep their prices and their own Stripe account.
The school gets rosters in one format
Every provider's roster arrives the same way, with grade, homeroom teacher and pickup details on it.
Book a demo and our team does the inviting with you, so no volunteer has to chase sixteen providers.
What it costs
What does enrops cost a PTA or PTO?
No cost to your PTO or PTA, and no cost to your school. There is nothing to buy and no invoice. enrops is free for businesses, so your providers pay enrops $0 per transaction. Families pay a small enrops service fee at registration, included in the price they see first. Common for kids activities and camps.
A $240 session: families pay $247.20, or $244.80 when they pay by bank and save. Refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded.
No service fee on donations, tips, gift add-ons or $0 registrations. If your group collects registration itself, your only cost is Stripe's standard processing, and you can choose to cover the service fee for your families.
The service fee is refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded.
Who built this
Built by a school leader who runs after-school programs.
Dr. Arielle Hammond, Ed.D., spent a decade in public education, leading schools. She founded Journey to STEAM, which runs after-school programs at 75+ school sites, and 95% of its school partners renew. enrops was built inside that company, for the afternoon you're trying to organize.
Questions parent leaders ask
I can't require anything from providers. Is this still for me?
Yes. The decision sits with your principal or front office, which is why this page has a note written for them. Forward it under your own name. We take the conversation from there, and your providers hear it from the school.
Will we lose a good provider over this?
enrops is free for businesses and a first registration takes under 5 minutes. Many providers are replacing a form and a payment link they already fight with. They keep their programs, their prices and their own Stripe account.
Does our board have to vote?
There is nothing to buy, so there is nothing to approve in the budget. Bring the note from this page to your next meeting. If your board wants to see it, we'll do a short demo at a time that works for volunteers.
What happens when this year's volunteers move on?
The account belongs to the organization. Set it up under an email your parent group owns, and your programs, rosters, waivers and payment records stay put when volunteers change.
Do parents end up paying more?
Families pay a small enrops service fee at registration, included in the price they see first. The price families see first is the price they pay. Refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded. Your group can choose to cover it. No service fee on donations, tips, gift add-ons or $0 registrations.
Is our families' information protected?
Each provider's account holds only its own families and sites. Card and bank details are handled by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. Our security page lays out what we do, and what we don't claim.
Can I see what a parent sees before I bring this to anyone?
Yes. Click through a sample registration at getenrops.com/try and see what a family sees, from the first screen to the confirmation.
Good programs shouldn't depend on who has the binder this year.
Book a demo, or forward the note and let your principal book it. 30 minutes, on video. No cost to your PTO or PTA.
