For schools
The bell rings at 3:00 and the record stops.
Your school day ends with attendance. Then kids walk to chess, robotics and soccer, each with its own forms, payments and roster. enrops puts every program's registration and rosters into one format your office can count on, whether you host outside providers or run enrichment yourself.
No cost to your school.

Which one is your school?
We host outside providers
Different companies, one building. See what your office gets now and what we set up with your team.
See the hosting pathWe run our own programs
Your school, district or community education team collects registration itself. Your first registration can be live in under 5 minutes.
See the run-it-yourself pathThe afternoon, as it runs today
Four moments between the last bell and pickup.
Attendance closes
The school's record of where each child is ends with the last bell.
Kids walk to the gym
They're handed to an instructor from an outside provider, who works from that provider's own list.
An empty seat
The instructor reads it as "absent today." Nobody compares the program's list with the school's.
Pickup
The parent at the door is the first person to ask where her child is.
Nobody in this picture is careless. Matching every provider's list to the school day by hand, every afternoon, is too much to ask of one front office. The fix starts with the list: every program in your building, every child expected in it, and how each one gets home.
If you host outside providers
How do schools manage after-school enrichment providers?
Most do it by hand: a spreadsheet of providers, a flyer for each program, and rosters that arrive in every format or don't arrive. With enrops, each provider in your building runs registration, payments and waivers in one place, and sends your office a roster with grade, homeroom teacher and pickup details.
What your office gets now
- One registration flow families recognize, for every program in your building
- Rosters in one format: child, grade, homeroom teacher, and pickup and dismissal details
- Each provider's roster sent to your office contact from enrops, with a note when they need one
- Waivers signed at registration, and payments that go straight to the provider. No money passes through your office.

Set up with our team through a demo
The part we build around your school.
- What you require from providers, written once and sent to every one of them
- Every provider in your building onboarded by our team, with your school's name on the invitation
- How and when rosters reach your office, agreed once and the same for every provider
- A plan for any programs your school registers itself
Invite your providers
You already tell providers which rooms and which days. This is one more line.
You tell your providers
Let them know that programs in your building register through enrops. Want a smaller start? Ask only the providers who are new to your building.
Each provider creates a registration
enrops is free for businesses. A provider names the program, sets the price and publishes a link. Many are replacing a form and a payment link they already fight with.
You get rosters in one format
Every provider's roster reaches your office the same way, with grade, homeroom teacher and pickup details on it.
Book a demo and our team does the inviting with you: your school's name on the invitation, and a person helping each provider get live.
If your school runs its own enrichment
Run your school's enrichment without running it out of the front office.
A Google Form, a PDF flyer, and checks in an envelope the office reconciles.
A roster spreadsheet rebuilt every term, with pickup notes only one person understands.
Refunds, cancellations and "is my kid in?" emails, all landing on the same desk.
How do families register for enrichment at our school?
They open one link on a phone, pick the program, sign the waiver and pay by card, wallet or bank. The price families see first is the price they pay. Each registration lands on the right roster with grade, homeroom teacher and pickup details, and the money goes to your school's or parent group's own Stripe account.

1. Your program details: name, dates, price, ages.
2. The bank account you want payouts sent to.
3. Your EIN, or your SSN if you're a sole proprietor. Stripe asks for it to verify your business.
No cost to your school. Live in under 5 minutes.
District contracts, vendor review and anything your business office needs to see: book a demo and our team handles it with you.
What it costs
What does enrops cost a school?
No cost to your school. There is no invoice to the school or the district. enrops is free for businesses, so providers pay enrops $0 per transaction. Families pay a small enrops service fee at registration, included in the price they see first. Common for kids activities and camps.
A $240 session: families pay $247.20, or $244.80 when they pay by bank and save. Refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded.
No service fee on donations, tips, gift add-ons or $0 registrations, so a free club stays free. If your school collects registration itself, your only cost is Stripe's standard processing, and you can choose to cover the service fee for your families.
The service fee is refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded.
Who built this
Built by someone who sat in your chair.
Dr. Arielle Hammond, Ed.D., spent a decade in public education, leading schools. Then she founded Journey to STEAM, an enrichment company that runs programs inside schools, and built enrops inside it. She has signed the provider agreement from both sides of the table.

Districts, networks and associations
Your members host hundreds of outside providers. Today that runs on signatures.

Questions schools ask before the demo
What does my office have to do?
Tell your providers, then read the rosters. Providers set up their own programs. Families register with and pay the provider directly. Rosters arrive in your office inbox in one format, with the pickup and dismissal details you already ask for. Our team onboards your providers with you.
How are rosters shared with the front office?
Each provider sends its class roster to your office contact by email, from enrops, with a note when there is something you should know. Every roster carries the same details: child, grade, homeroom teacher, and pickup and dismissal plan. Anything beyond that is set up with our team through a demo.
Do providers have to pay?
enrops is free for businesses, and a provider pays enrops $0 per transaction. Families pay a small enrops service fee, included in the price they see first. A provider's only cost is Stripe's standard processing. A first registration takes under 5 minutes.
Does enrops replace our volunteer or contractor check?
No. Keep the process your district already uses. enrops doesn't run checks or decide who may work in your building. It covers the roster side of the afternoon: which programs, which kids, and how each child gets home.
What if only some providers join?
Then your office is still living in two systems. That is why we onboard the providers at a school together, through a demo, with your school's name on the invitation. If you want a smaller start, ask only the providers who are new to your building.
What if a provider already has registration software?
They can keep running the rest of their business their way. What your school asks is that programs in your building register through one place, so your office gets one roster format. Book a demo and we'll walk through the mix you have.
Is family information protected?
Each provider's account holds only its own families and sites. Card and bank details are handled by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. Our security page lays out what we do, and what we don't claim, for your technology or risk team.
We're a district. Does this fit us?
Yes. Schools that host providers and schools that run their own programs use the same platform, side by side. District contracts and vendor review are handled by our team. Start with a demo and bring whoever else decides.
Which programs are in your building this afternoon, and which kids are expected in them?
If the answer lives in more than one place, book a demo. 30 minutes, on video. No cost to your school.
