What is enrops?
enrops is registration, payments and operations software for youth enrichment programs: after-school programs, camps and classes. The people who run your child's program chose it so you can register, sign the waiver and pay in one place, on your phone, in minutes. Your payment goes to your program.
Register on your phone. See your child's program, schedule and confirmation in one place.
- One price shown first, with the enrops service fee already included
- A confirmation email with the class details, the total paid and a calendar file
- A parent account where you can come back to your registrations
enrops was built inside Journey to STEAM, a kids enrichment company, by its founder, Dr. Arielle Hammond, a former school principal.

What is the enrops service fee?
Your program uses enrops to run registration and payments. enrops charges a small service fee on each registration, and it is already included in the price you see. Paying by bank account lowers it. If your registration is refunded, the service fee is refunded too.
The fee is 3% of the program price, with a $1.99 minimum. It tops out at $14.99 per registration by card and $9.99 by bank. It is charged per registration, so two children in one class means two registrations, each with its own fee inside its own price. A fee like this is common for kids activities and camps.
The price families see first is the price they pay. Some programs choose to cover the fee themselves. Then you pay the program's price with nothing added.
No service fee on donations, tips, gift add-ons or $0 registrations.
| Program price | You pay by card, debit or wallet | You pay by bank |
|---|---|---|
| $25 drop-in | $26.99 | $26.99 |
| $45 class | $46.99 | $46.99 |
| $80 short course | $82.40 | $81.99 |
| $240 session | $247.20 | $244.80 |
| $299 semester | $307.97 | $304.98 |
| $600 semester | $614.99 | $609.99 |
| $1,200 camp | $1,214.99 | $1,209.99 |

How do I pay by bank and save?
At the payment step, choose your bank account instead of a card. Paying by bank is a discount: the enrops service fee drops from 3% to 2%, and checkout shows what you save before you pay. On a $240 program you pay $244.80 instead of $247.20, a saving of $2.40.
Card, debit and wallets pay the listed price. On programs under $66.33 the fee is the $1.99 minimum either way, so there is no discount to show. The most you can save on one registration is $5.00.

Do I get the fee back if my registration is refunded?
Yes. The enrops service fee is refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded, and that includes when your program is the one that cancels. Whether a registration can be refunded is your program's decision under its own policy, so ask your program first. Refunds go back to the payment method you used.
Banks usually take five to ten business days to show a refund. A refund made the same day you paid can appear as the original charge disappearing instead of a separate credit.
How do payment plans work for families?
If your program offers a payment plan, you can split a registration into the installments your program sets, starting with a payment at checkout. There is no interest, plan fee or late fee. The enrops service fee is the same as paying in full, and it is split across your installments.
What happens with my child's information?
What you enter at registration is there so your program can run: your child's name and grade, your contact details, the waiver you signed. Your program sees it on its roster. Card and bank details are handled by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor.

Questions families ask
Why do I see enrops next to a charge on my card?
It is the registration you made for your child's program. The program uses enrops to take registrations and payments. Your confirmation email shows the program, the dates and the total paid. If you don't recognize the registration, contact the program, or write to hello@enrops.com and we will help you find it.
Is enrops legitimate and safe to pay through?
Yes. enrops is registration and payments software used by kids programs, built by a former school principal who runs an enrichment company. Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor, and your payment goes to your program.
Is the enrops service fee charged per child?
It is charged per registration. One child in one program is one registration. Three children in the same program are three registrations, each with its own fee included in its own price. The fee is 3%, with a $1.99 minimum and a maximum of $14.99 by card or $9.99 by bank per registration.
Does every program charge the service fee?
Some programs choose to cover it. When they do, you pay the program's price with nothing added. Either way, the price you see first is the price you pay.
Who do I contact about a refund, a schedule change or a makeup class?
Your program. It sets its own refund and cancellation policy and runs its own schedule. When it refunds your registration through enrops, the enrops service fee is refunded to you too.
How do I get back to my registrations?
After you register you receive a confirmation email and a separate email with a link to your parent account. After that, sign in at enrops.com/login with the same email address you registered with.
Can I browse programs on enrops?
Not today. enrops is the registration system that individual programs use, and each program shares its own registration link. If a program you like is hard to sign up for, ask them to use enrops.
Every signup could be this quick.
It is free for programs to use. Send the note, and let them see what you saw.
