A parent taps your link from the flyer, the email or the school newsletter. The program, the schedule and one price are on the first screen: $247.20, with the $7.20 enrops service fee already inside it. Nothing gets added at the end.
You see the same number when you build the program: "Families pay $247.20" sits under your price field, so your flyer and your checkout match.

The confirmation email carries the class table, the total paid and a calendar file, so Tuesday at 3:15 is on her phone before she puts it down. The receipt names the service fee in plain words.

Is this a real registration?
No. This page is a walkthrough of what a family sees on an enrops registration, using a sample program. No real registration is created and no money moves. To see the live version, create your own registration and open your link on your phone.
What happens after I sign up?
You name your business, add one program and set the price. enrops shows you the price families will pay, then gives you a registration link and a QR code. Connect Stripe and you can collect payments. Everything else in enrops stays out of your way until you want it.
How long until I can share my registration link?
Creating your first registration takes under 5 minutes. In our July 25, 2026 production test, a new account went from signup to a live registration link in about 3 to 4.5 minutes, with Stripe connected by minute 5 to 7. Stripe's own verification can take longer for some businesses.
What do families pay?
Your program price plus a 3% enrops service fee, shown as one price from the first screen. On a $240 class that is $247.20, or $244.80 when a family pays by bank. The fee is refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded. Prefer to cover it yourself? Turn that on in settings.
What does it cost me?
enrops is free for businesses. You pay enrops $0 per transaction on every plan, unless you choose to cover the service fee for your families. Your only cost is Stripe's standard processing.
