How fast can you go live?
In our production test on July 25, 2026, a brand-new account went from signup to a live registration link in about 3 to 4.5 minutes and had Stripe connected by minute 5 to 7. Parents then completed checkout in about 1.5 to 4.5 minutes.
1. Create your registration
Tell enrops what your business is called. Add one program: name, where, when, ages or grades, price. Running at a school? Pick the district and the school and the dates build themselves around its calendar, with no-school days already skipped.
Under the price field you'll see exactly what families will pay, so the number on your flyer matches the number at checkout.

2. Connect Stripe
Stripe moves the money. Payments go to your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank. Already on Stripe? Connect the account you have.

3. Share your link and get paid
One link and a QR code. Put them on the flyer, in the school newsletter, in your email, in your bio. Families see one price first, register their child, sign your waiver and pay by card, wallet or bank.
They get a confirmation with the class details, what they paid and a calendar file. You get a roster that fills itself.

What runs on enrops after the first registration?
Everything that follows a signup: the roster, the waiver on file, the payment plan, the refund, the reminder to the family who started and didn't finish. It's all connected to the registration you already took, so nothing gets typed twice.
Rosters that build themselves
Name, grade, homeroom teacher and family contacts, with a live count of who's enrolled at the top of the page.
Waivers in your words
Start from the waiver that's already there, edit it to fit your program, and families sign it as they register.
Payment plans and refunds
Installments you set, with no interest, plan fee or late fee. Refund from the same place, and the service fee goes back to the family.
Families who almost finished
When a family starts registering and stops, enrops nudges them back. That's the quiet fix for the families you lose at registration.
Discount codes
Sibling discounts and early-bird pricing. Make a code, share it, and checkout does the math.
A parent account
Families get their own account with what they're enrolled in and what they've paid. Fewer "can you resend that?" emails.

School ends at three. Somebody should still know where every child is.
A roster is a safety document. On enrops it carries each child's grade, homeroom teacher, family contacts and the notes a parent chose to share, collected once at registration and ready for the instructor and the front office.
Schools, PTOs and parks departments that host several providers can ask every one of them to run on enrops, so every roster arrives in the same shape. No cost to the organization.

Do I need a demo to get started?
No. enrops is self-serve. Create your first registration in under 5 minutes, connect Stripe and share your link. Schools, PTOs and parks departments work with our team through a demo because their setup involves several providers.
Do families need to download an app?
No. Families register and pay from the link on any phone or computer, and they get a parent account they can sign in to afterward.
Can I run programs at more than one school or site?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited programs, sites and partner schools. No per-location pricing.
What if I already have Stripe?
Connect the account you have. Your payments and payouts stay in your own Stripe account.
Can I see what families see before I sign up?
Yes. Click through the sample registration. It walks the parent side from the program page to the confirmation, and no real registration is created.
What does it cost?
enrops is free for businesses. Families pay a small enrops service fee included in the price they see first, and your only cost is Stripe's standard processing. The pricing page shows worked examples to the cent.
