What moves
Your program details, price and waiver wording. If your form already pays into Stripe, connect the account you have. Your old form and its submissions stay in your form builder account.

Under 5 minutes for the first program. No conditional logic to rebuild: a program on enrops already knows it has a schedule, a price, ages or grades, a waiver and a roster.
What families notice
They register and pay in the same place, on a page built for a kids program. They can choose a payment plan you set, and they get a confirmation email with the class table and a calendar file.

What moves
The words on your waiver. Paste them into the enrops waiver and edit until it reads like you. Your price and schedule go into the program. The paper forms you've already collected stay in the binder.
How long it takes
Under 5 minutes for the program, plus however long it takes to paste your waiver. Print the QR code on the same flyer that used to carry the tear-off form.
What families notice

Questions operators ask before they switch
Can I switch mid-season?
You don't have to. Leave the season you're running where it is and build your next program on enrops: the winter term, the spring session, summer camp. Nothing you run today is interrupted, and you see how enrops works with real families before you move anything else.
Can I import my families?
There is no import to run. Families enter their own details the first time they register, which keeps the information current, and each family gets a parent account. Your past records stay in the tool or spreadsheet they live in today.
What does switching cost?
Nothing to enrops. enrops is free for businesses, and you pay enrops $0 per transaction on every plan unless you choose to cover the service fee for your families. Your only cost is Stripe's standard processing. If your current tool bills monthly, check its cancellation terms before you stop using it.
Do I have to cancel my current software first?
No. Run one program on enrops beside the tool you have. Your current season stays untouched, and you decide after you've seen a real registration come through.
Will my families have to learn something new?
