Questions operators ask about enrops and Sawyer

What is the best alternative to Sawyer?

It depends on where your families come from. If the Sawyer Marketplace brings you bookings you wouldn't get otherwise, that reach is worth paying for. If your families already come from your schools, your flyers and your own list, enrops gives you registration, payments, rosters and waivers free for businesses, on a page that lists only your programs.

How much does Sawyer cost?

Sawyer's pricing page lists three plans at $79, $219 and $399 a month on monthly billing, plus a custom plan. Marketplace bookings carry a 30%, 20% or 15% fee depending on plan. Families pay a booking fee of $1.99 or $3.99 on the business's own page. Card processing is 2.9% + $0.30. Checked September 16, 2026.

Is the Sawyer booking fee refunded if a class is canceled?

Sawyer's help center says no. Its booking fee article says the fee "is non-refundable, even if a customer cancels or reschedules a class", and that if you issue a refund, "the booking fee portion will not be refunded". On enrops, the enrops service fee is refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded.

Do families pay more on enrops than on Sawyer?

On a $240 registration, yes. The enrops service fee is $7.20 by card or $4.80 by bank, and Sawyer's booking fee is $3.99. On a $45 registration both are $1.99. The enrops fee comes back to the family if the registration is refunded, and you can choose to cover it yourself.

Does enrops have a marketplace like Sawyer?

No. enrops has no marketplace, so it doesn't bring you new families, and it doesn't list your programs beside another business. You share your own registration link on flyers, in emails and in school newsletters.

Do I need Stripe to use enrops?

Yes. enrops runs payments through Stripe, so the money lands in your own Stripe account and pays out to your bank. If you already have Stripe, you connect the account you have. If you don't, you create one during setup. Have your bank account and your EIN ready, or your SSN if you're a sole proprietor.

Your next registration could open today.

Create it, connect Stripe, share the link. Families register and pay in one place, and the money lands in your own Stripe account.
