For franchise brands

Every franchisee registers families a different way. The brand finds out last.

One unit bought a class-management subscription. One is taking reservations by email. One is running a free form and a payment link. The parent experience changes at the territory line, and nobody at the brand can see enrollment across the network without asking forty owners for a number.

Free for businesses. No per-location pricing.

What it costs the brand

What does a fragmented registration system cost a franchise brand?

Four things: a parent experience that changes from one territory to the next, owners who lose their evenings to admin instead of selling, a brand that cannot see enrollment across its own network, and royalty reporting built on whatever each unit happens to use that season.

The parent experience moves

A family that registers with one of your owners and then moves across town meets a different form, a different checkout and a different confirmation email. Same sign on the door.

Owners grow slower

An owner who spends Sunday night rebuilding a roster spreadsheet and chasing five unpaid families is not out selling the next school. Some stall. Some close.

The brand is blind

Enrollment across units lives in forty separate accounts the brand has no login to. Every question about the season starts with an email asking owners to count.

Royalty reporting is self-reported

Gross sales arrive as numbers typed into a form, from a different tool in every territory, on a different day of the month.

None of that is a discipline problem. Nobody gave the network one place to register a family, so each owner solved it alone. Forty private fixes add up to nothing the brand can use.

Who built this

Built inside a company that runs programs at 75+ school sites.

Dr. Arielle Hammond, Ed.D., spent a decade in public education, leading schools. Then she founded Journey to STEAM, which runs enrichment programs inside schools across Oregon and Washington, and built enrops inside it to run that company. Multi-site, in-school, mobile, instructors in a dozen buildings on the same afternoon: that is the model enrops was designed for first, before anything else.

What the brand gets

One registration experience, in every territory.

  • The same registration page and the same checkout for every unit, so a family in one territory meets what a family in the next one meets
  • Each franchisee on their own Stripe account, so money goes straight to the unit and pays out to the unit's bank. enrops never holds it.
  • Rosters and live enrollment counts in the same format everywhere: child, grade, homeroom teacher, pickup plan, paid or on a plan
  • Payment plans families can use without the owner inventing a process. The owner sets how many installments and when. No interest, no plan fee, no late fee.
  • Digital waivers signed at registration, edited to your brand's wording once
  • The price families see first is the price they pay, in every market

Set up with our team on a quote

The part we build around your brand.

  • Your program formats, waiver wording and roster fields written once and given to every unit
  • Onboarding for your owners, run by our team, with the brand's name on the invitation
  • Reporting and exports agreed with corporate, plus API access and multiple legal entities on the Custom plan
  • A rollout order: a pilot group of owners first, then the rest of the network

What the franchisee gets

What does an owner have to do to get live?

Name the business, add one program, set the price, connect Stripe, share the link. In our July 25, 2026 production test a new account went from signup to a live registration link in about 3 to 4.5 minutes, with Stripe connected by minute 5 to 7. enrops is free for businesses.

1About 3 to 4.5 minutes

Create the first registration

Program name, dates, price. enrops shows the exact price families will see before the owner publishes anything.

2Done by minute 5 to 7

Connect Stripe

The unit's own Stripe account, paid out to the unit's own bank. Territory money stays territory money.

3Families finish in about 1.5 to 4.5 minutes

Share the link

School newsletter, flyer, QR code at the open house. Families register, sign the waiver and pay. The roster fills itself.

OMG I just knocked out setting up like 7 programs and it was so smooth and easy. Plus I see the total enrolled on the top of the page!

Owners get their evenings back first. Reconciling a payment app against a spreadsheet, chasing the four families who never paid, rebuilding the roster every term: that is the work enrops takes off the desk. See how it works, step by step.

Scope, stated plainly

Is enrops franchise management software?

Partly. enrops runs the registration, payment and program side across every unit in a network: one signup experience, each owner paid into their own Stripe account, rosters and enrolled counts per site. It does not calculate royalties, handle FDD compliance, sell franchises or run unit audits. It sits alongside a back office system rather than replacing one.

What enrops does across your networkWhat it does not do
One registration and checkout experience in every territoryRoyalty calculation and reporting
Each owner connects their own Stripe account and is paid directlyFDD and franchise disclosure compliance
Digital waivers, payment plans, discount codes and refundsFranchise sales, lead routing and territory mapping
Rosters, live enrolled counts and schedules per siteUnit audits and brand standards inspections
The same price on the flyer and at checkout, in every marketReal estate and build-out tracking

If what you need is a back office that tracks royalties and unit compliance, enrops is not that and we will say so on the call. If what you need is for families in every territory to have one good way to sign up and pay, that is the whole job.

Who this is for

Which franchise brands fit enrops?

Brands whose units deliver programs inside schools, mobile brands with no building of their own, and any network where each owner is buying a separate registration tool today. If your model is a facility with memberships and open gym hours, enrops is a weaker fit.

Units that run inside schools

After-school clubs, in-class workshops, enrichment blocks. Rosters need grade, homeroom teacher and a pickup plan, and the front office needs them in one format. That is the model enrops was built inside.

Mobile brands with no facility

Preschool fitness, science on wheels, cooking that travels. The owner's whole operation is a calendar, a van and a roster, and it has to run from a phone between sites.

Networks where every unit buys its own tool

A technology fee at the brand level and a separate registration subscription at the unit level is two bills for one job. One brand decision replaces the second one.

What it costs

What does enrops cost a franchise network?

No per-location pricing. enrops is free for businesses, so an owner pays enrops $0 per transaction. Families pay a small enrops service fee at registration, included in the price they see first. Common for kids activities and camps. Brand-level terms come back on your quote.

A $240 session: families pay $247.20, or $244.80 when they pay by bank and save. Refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded.

No service fee on donations, tips, gift add-ons or $0 registrations. An owner's only cost is Stripe's standard processing, and a unit can choose to cover the service fee for its families instead.

Program price$240.00
enrops service fee, 3%$7.20
Family pays$247.20
The unit pays enrops$0.00
Per-location charge$0.00

The service fee is refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded.

Ten questions. Arielle reads these herself, and the answer that comes back is built on what you send, not a template. If you would rather talk it through first, book a 30 minute call.

  • A reply within one business day, from a person
  • Nothing to install before you decide, and no cost to the brand to look
  • Individual franchisees are welcome to send this too. We will not contact your brand about it.

Questions franchise brands ask first

Does every franchisee have to move at once?

No. Most brands start with a pilot group: the owners opening a new season, plus anyone who has no system at all. Those units run a full season on enrops while the rest of the network watches. Nothing an owner runs today is interrupted, and there is no migration to schedule.

Who owns the money?

The franchisee. Each unit connects its own Stripe account, and registrations pay out to that unit's own bank account. enrops never holds the money and never moves it between units. The unit is the seller of record for its own programs.

Can corporate see what units are doing?

What corporate sees is agreed on the quote, not assumed. Reporting and exports, API access and multiple legal entities sit on the Custom plan, and our team sets up what your agreements allow. Tell us in the form what the brand needs to see and we will answer it directly.

What does it cost a franchisee?

enrops is free for businesses, and an owner pays enrops $0 per transaction. Families pay a small enrops service fee, included in the price they see first. An owner's only cost is Stripe's standard processing. There is no per-location pricing at the brand level either.

We already pay a technology fee. Does this replace it?

That is your agreement to read, not ours. What we can tell you is what enrops costs, which is $0 per transaction to the business, so a brand can put the two numbers side by side and decide. Many owners are paying a brand technology fee and a separate registration subscription for one job.

Can an individual franchisee sign up without the brand?

Yes. enrops is free for businesses and an owner can be live in under 5 minutes without asking anyone. Send the form if you want us to look at your territory specifically. We will not contact your franchisor about it.

Can you match our brand's forms and waivers?

Yes. Program formats, waiver wording and the roster fields your units collect get written once and given to every unit, set up with our team. Waivers are signed at registration and you can edit them.

How long does a brand rollout take?

An individual owner is live in under 5 minutes. A network rollout is paced by your calendar, not by setup: we start with the units whose next season opens soonest. Tell us your season dates in the form and the quote comes back with a schedule against them.

How many families registered across your network last season?

If the answer takes a round of emails to find, the registration layer is the thing to fix. Send the form and Arielle replies within one business day.

Free for businesses. No per-location pricing.
