How much does after school program software cost?
enrops is free for businesses. Families pay a small enrops service fee when they register, 3% of the program price, included in the price they see first, which is common for kids activities and camps. Your only cost is Stripe's standard processing. Pro is $99 a month when you want the time-saving automations.
A $240 session: families pay $247.20, or $244.80 when they pay by bank and save. The price families see first is the price they pay. Prefer to cover the fee yourself? Turn it on in settings.
The service fee is refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded.

Can families pay in installments?
Yes. You decide how many installments and when they fall, with no interest, plan fee or late fee. Families on a plan pay the same enrops service fee as families who pay in full. It is split across the installments.
Do I need a separate account for each school?
No. One enrops account holds every site and partner school you serve, on every plan, including Free. No per-location pricing. Each program gets its own schedule and its own roster.
Can I start in the middle of the school year?
Yes, because there is nothing to migrate. Build the next program that opens on enrops and leave the rest where it is. Winter term, spring term and summer camp are natural starting points.
Will a service fee bother my families?
The price families see first is the price they pay, so nothing new shows up at the payment step. The enrops service fee is refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded. If you would rather your families see your price with nothing added, turn on cover the fee in settings and it comes out of your payout.
Do I need Stripe?
Yes. enrops uses Stripe so payments go straight to your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank. If you already have Stripe, you connect the account you have. If you don't, you create one during setup. Have your bank account and your EIN ready, or your SSN if you're a sole proprietor.
How do pickup and aftercare dismissal work?
Authorized pickup and aftercare dismissal are in the product and set up with our team today. Tell us how dismissal runs at your sites after you sign up and we will set it up with you.
Can my partner schools get rosters?
Roster sends to partner sites are set up with our team today. If a school, PTO or parks department wants every provider in its building on one system, there is no cost to the organization. They can book a demo with us.
