For people starting a camp, class or enrichment program
New programs win or lose their first families at signup.
You have the idea, the space and a flyer. What you need is a way for a parent to say yes and pay in the same minute, before the excitement wears off. enrops gives you one link where families register and pay. Free for businesses, so there is no monthly bill while you find your first ten families.

The three things that stall a first program
You don't need a software stack. You need one link that works.
"I don't know where to begin."
Most software opens with every feature at once. You have one program and a start date.
enrops opens with one question: what's your business called? Then you add one program: name, dates, ages, price. A waiver is already there for you to edit. enrops shows you the exact price families will see, so your flyer and your checkout match.

Getting paid feels like the hard part.
Cash in an envelope. A Venmo request. "I'll get you Thursday." None of it tells you who has paid.
Connect Stripe during setup and payments go to your own Stripe account, then to your bank. In our July 25, 2026 production test, Stripe was connected by minute 5 to 7. Keep your phone nearby. Stripe verifies you once.

A monthly bill before your first student.
Paying for software before a single family has paid you is backwards.
The Free plan is $0 a month, and you pay enrops $0 per transaction. Families pay a small enrops service fee, included in the price they see first. Your only cost is Stripe's standard processing. You get full access through your first 100 paid registrations.
On the Free plan

How do I start taking registrations for a new program?
Create one registration for the program that opens first. On enrops you name your business, add the program, set the price and publish, which takes under 5 minutes. Connect Stripe so you can be paid, then share your link on a flyer, in an email or as a QR code. Families register and pay on their phone.
What do I need before I open registration?
Less than you think. You need a program with a name, dates, an age or grade range and a price. You need a bank account for payouts. And you need your EIN, or your SSN if you're a sole proprietor, because Stripe asks for it to verify you. A logo and a website can wait.
Have these ready and you'll finish in one sitting
1. Your program details: name, dates, price, ages.
2. The bank account you want payouts sent to.
3. Your EIN, or your SSN if you're a sole proprietor. Stripe asks for it to verify your business.
How do I get paid for my first class?
Through Stripe, into your own bank account. During setup you connect a Stripe account, or create one, and add the bank account you want payouts sent to. When a family registers and pays, the money goes to your Stripe account and pays out to your bank. You pay enrops $0 per transaction.

If you've been taking signups on paper or a Google Form, keep it for now and put your next program on enrops. Keep your current tools. When you add a second class, a second site or a summer camp, it's the same five minutes.
enrops was built inside Journey to STEAM by its founder, Dr. Arielle Hammond, a former school principal. Journey to STEAM has run programs at 75+ school sites, and enrops is the software it needed along the way.

Pricing
What does it cost to start?
Nothing to enrops. enrops is free for businesses: $0 a month on the Free plan and $0 per transaction. Families pay a small enrops service fee when they register, 3% with a $1.99 minimum, included in the price they see first, which is common for kids activities and camps. Your only cost is Stripe's standard processing.
An $80 short course: families pay $82.40, or $81.99 when they pay by bank and save. The price families see first is the price they pay. Prefer to cover the fee yourself? Turn it on in settings.
The service fee is refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded.

See how switching worksQuestions operators ask before they sign up
I only have one class and a handful of kids. Is enrops too much?
No. One program, one link, one place families pay is what the first five minutes of enrops were built for. Everything else stays out of your way until you want it.
Do I need an LLC or an EIN before I sign up?
No. Stripe asks for your EIN, or your SSN if you're a sole proprietor, to verify who is being paid. How to structure your business is a question for your accountant or attorney. Our start guides cover how other operators set up.
Do I need a website?
No. Your enrops registration page has its own link, named after your business. Share the link anywhere: a flyer with a QR code, an email, a school newsletter, your social bio. If you build a website later, point its Register button at the same link.
What happens when my program grows?
You get full access through your first 100 paid registrations. After that you choose Pro, at $99 a month or $990 a year, or stay on Free. Registrations aren't blocked on any plan, nothing you've built is removed, and a season in flight isn't interrupted.
Can I test it before I tell families?
Yes. Click through the sample registration to see the parent side. Then publish your own program and open the link on your phone before you share it with anyone.
Do I need Stripe?
Yes. enrops uses Stripe so payments go straight to your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank. If you don't have Stripe yet, you create an account during setup. Stripe's own verification can take longer for some businesses, so connect it before your registration date.
What if I get stuck?
