Families pay a small enrops service fee when they register, included in the price they see first, which is common for kids activities and camps. Your only cost is Stripe's standard processing. You can choose to cover the fee yourself in settings.
A $600 season: the fee is 3% and it tops out at $14.99 per registration, so families pay $614.99, or $609.99 when they pay by bank and save. Two dancers are two registrations, each with its own fee. The price families see first is the price they pay.
The service fee is refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded.

Questions studio owners ask before they sign up
Can enrops run monthly autopay tuition?
No. Families pay in full or on a payment plan. You set how many installments and when they fall, with no interest, plan fee or late fee. enrops does not run monthly autopay across a full dance season. Studios that bill that way should keep their billing system for it.
Can a parent register more than one dancer?
Yes. Each dancer is their own registration, so each one lands on the right roster. The enrops service fee applies to each registration line, with a $14.99 maximum per line on cards and $9.99 by bank.
Can I offer a free intro class?
Yes. Set the price to $0 and share the link. There is no service fee on donations, tips, gift add-ons or $0 registrations.
We have two locations. Does that cost more?
No per-location pricing. Every plan includes unlimited registrations, families, programs and sites.
Do I have to switch in the middle of my season?
No. Leave your season where it is. Put the next new thing on enrops, such as a winter camp or a workshop, and run it beside your current system. There is nothing to migrate.
What does it cost my studio?
enrops is free for businesses. You pay enrops $0 per transaction on every plan, unless you choose to cover the service fee for your families. Your only cost is Stripe's standard processing. Pro is $99 a month if you want the time-saving automations.
Do I need Stripe?
Yes. enrops uses Stripe so payments go straight to your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank. If you already have Stripe, you connect the account you have. If you don't, you create one during setup. Have your phone nearby, plus your bank account and your EIN, or your SSN if you're a sole proprietor.
