Swim school software

Don't lose swim families between the flyer and the pool.

Summer sessions open and every parent in the neighborhood taps your link from a phone. A long form, a separate payment request, and she'll "finish tonight." Some don't. enrops gives each lesson session one link where families register, sign your waiver and pay in minutes.

Free for businesses. Live in under 5 minutes.

Built for lessons sold by the session, plus clinics and camps. Perpetual monthly lessons, level tracking and makeup lessons aren't part of enrops today. See who enrops fits today

Three pains, three fixes

How do swim schools take lesson registrations online?

A swim school opens each lesson session as its own registration and shares one link. Families choose the session, sign the waiver and pay from a phone, and the roster for that session fills as they do. On enrops, creating the first registration takes under 5 minutes.

She started registering. Then the toddler needed something.

When a family starts a registration and doesn't finish, enrops sends a recovery nudge with a link back. It runs on its own, so the family who meant to sign up gets a second chance before the session starts.

Your deck roster is a printout from last Tuesday.

Every registration lands on the roster for its session as it happens: swimmer, parent email, payment status. The total enrolled sits at the top of the page. Open it before the first lesson and it's current.

The flyer says one price. Checkout says another.

When you set a price, enrops shows you what families pay with the enrops service fee included. Put that number on the flyer and the pool fence banner. The price families see first is the price they pay.

An honest fit check

Who enrops fits in swim today

Swim schools sell lessons two ways: by the session, or as a monthly membership that rolls until a family cancels. enrops is built for the first.

Fits today

  • Group lessons sold by the session: two-week summer sessions, 8-lesson blocks, seasonal terms
  • Stroke clinics, swim camps and water safety workshops
  • Lessons you teach at community, neighborhood, school or rented pools
  • Independent instructors and new swim schools getting off forms, Venmo and texts

What enrops doesn't do today

Perpetual monthly lessons on autopay. A payment plan splits one registration into the installments you set.

Level progression tracking and skill check-offs.

Makeup lessons for absences and pool closures.

Instructor-to-swimmer ratio rules at registration.

Private-lesson calendars.

If perpetual monthly lessons are your model, use a system built for them. Jackrabbit Class names swim schools among the businesses it serves and lists automated billing and skill tracking, with plans from $49 a month tiered by student count. See enrops and Jackrabbit side by side, or read how to choose swim school software.

Nothing to migrate

Start with one session. Keep your current tools.

What opens next? A winter stroke clinic, spring break swim camp, the first summer session. Build that one on enrops and share the link anywhere: your website, your email, a QR code at the pool gate. Nothing to migrate. Your other sessions stay where they are.

Free for businesses. Live in under 5 minutes.

Have these ready and you'll finish in one sitting

1. Your program details: name, dates, price, ages.

2. The bank account you want payouts sent to.

3. Your EIN, or your SSN if you're a sole proprietor. Stripe asks for it to verify your business.

Pricing

Free for businesses. Small sessions, small fee.

Families pay a small enrops service fee when they register, included in the price they see first, which is common for kids activities and camps. It is 3%, with a $1.99 minimum. Your only cost is Stripe's standard processing.

An $80 clinic: families pay $82.40, or $81.99 when they pay by bank and save. A $45 single lesson: $46.99. The price families see first is the price they pay.

Your 4-lesson clinic$80.00
enrops service fee, 3%$2.40
Family pays$82.40
You pay enrops$0.00

The service fee is refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded.

Built by someone who runs what you run

enrops was built inside a kids program.

Journey to STEAM runs programs at 75+ school sites, has served 2,500+ students, and sees 95% of its school partners renew. Its founder, a former school principal, built the software her own programs needed. Different setting, same sign-up week.

Straight answers

What is swim school software?

Swim school software is the system a swim school uses to register families, collect payment, build lesson rosters and track swimmers. Some products center on perpetual monthly billing and level progression. enrops covers registration, payments, waivers, payment plans and rosters for lessons sold by the session, and it is free for businesses.

How do swim schools enforce ratios at registration?

Schools that enforce instructor-to-swimmer ratios in software use a system with level and ratio rules. enrops does not have them today. On enrops you create each lesson group as its own registration and watch the live enrolled count, which works when you set your groups by hand each session.

How do I handle makeups and closures?

enrops does not schedule makeup lessons. When weather or a pool closure cancels a session, you can refund the registration from enrops, and the enrops service fee is refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded. A school that promises a makeup for every absence needs a tool built for that.

How much does swim school software cost?

Subscription systems charge the school each month. Jackrabbit Class lists plans from $49 a month, tiered by student count. enrops is free for businesses: families pay a 3% enrops service fee, minimum $1.99, included in the price they see first, and your only cost is Stripe's standard processing.

Questions swim school owners ask before they sign up

Does enrops track swim levels?

No. enrops does not track levels or skill check-offs. You can name a registration by level, such as Level 2, and families choose it. Moving swimmers between levels stays with you.

Can I bill lessons monthly?

Families pay in full or on a payment plan. You set how many installments and when they fall, with no interest, plan fee or late fee. enrops does not run perpetual monthly autopay.

I teach at more than one pool. Does that cost more?

No per-location pricing. Every plan includes unlimited registrations, families, programs and sites.

Can I use my own waiver?

Yes. enrops starts you with a waiver you can edit, and families sign it as part of registration, before they pay. Have your own insurer or attorney review the wording you use.

What happens if I cancel a session?

You refund the registrations from enrops. The enrops service fee is refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded.

Do I have to move every session over?

No. Put one session or one clinic on enrops and keep the rest where it is. There is nothing to migrate. Registrations aren't blocked on any plan, and nothing you build is removed.

What does it cost my swim school?

enrops is free for businesses. You pay enrops $0 per transaction on every plan, unless you choose to cover the service fee for your families. Your only cost is Stripe's standard processing. Pro is $99 a month if you want the time-saving automations.

Do I need Stripe?

Yes. enrops uses Stripe so payments go straight to your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank. If you already have Stripe, you connect the account you have. If you don't, you create one during setup. Have your phone nearby, plus your bank account and your EIN, or your SSN if you're a sole proprietor.

Your next session could open today.

Create it, connect Stripe, share the link. Families register and pay in one place, and the money lands in your own Stripe account.
