What is gymnastics management software?
Gymnastics management software is the system a gym or club uses to enroll families, collect tuition, keep class rosters and track athletes. Some products go deep on skill tracking and monthly billing. enrops covers registration, payments, waivers, payment plans and rosters for sessions, camps and clinics, and it is free for businesses.
Does enrops enforce class caps by level or coach ratios?
No. enrops does not enforce level rules or coach-to-athlete ratios today. You create each class as its own registration, and the live enrolled count at the top of the roster tells you where it stands. Gyms that need software to police levels and ratios should use a system built for that.
How much does gymnastics software cost?
Subscription systems charge the gym each month. Jackrabbit Class lists plans from $49 a month, tiered by student count. enrops is free for businesses: families pay a 3% enrops service fee, minimum $1.99, included in the price they see first, and your only cost is Stripe's standard processing.

Questions gym owners ask before they sign up
Does enrops track skills or levels?
No. enrops does not track skill progression or levels. It handles the part where families register, sign your waiver and pay, and it gives you the roster. If skill tracking matters to your gym, keep the tool you use for it.
Can I bill monthly tuition?
Families pay in full or on a payment plan. You set how many installments and when they fall, with no interest, plan fee or late fee. enrops does not run monthly autopay that continues all year.
Can I run camps and rec classes in the same account?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited registrations, families, programs and sites. Each camp week, clinic and class gets its own link, its own roster and its own enrolled count.
Can I use my own waiver wording?
Yes. enrops starts you with a waiver you can edit, and families sign it as part of registration, before they pay. Have your own insurer or attorney review the wording you use.
What happens when I refund a family?
You refund the registration from enrops, and the enrops service fee is refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded.
We already use gym software. Why add enrops?
You don't have to replace anything. Put one camp or one clinic on enrops, share the link, and see how many families finish. Registrations aren't blocked on any plan, and nothing you build is removed.
What does it cost my gym?
enrops is free for businesses. You pay enrops $0 per transaction on every plan, unless you choose to cover the service fee for your families. Your only cost is Stripe's standard processing. Pro is $99 a month if you want the time-saving automations.
Do I need Stripe?
Yes. enrops uses Stripe so payments go straight to your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank. If you already have Stripe, you connect the account you have. If you don't, you create one during setup. Have your phone nearby, plus your bank account and your EIN, or your SSN if you're a sole proprietor.
