Registration software for nonprofit youth programs

A clunky signup costs a youth nonprofit the families it exists to serve.

A packet to print. A check to mail. A separate form for scholarships. Every step loses a family. enrops gives your program one link where families register and pay the participation fee in minutes. It is free for your organization to use, with no service fee on donations, tips, gift add-ons or $0 registrations.

Free for businesses. Live in under 5 minutes.

Sound familiar?

The mission is the kids. The paperwork keeps getting in the way.

Scholarship families get a separate, slower line.

A different form. A phone call. A note in someone's spreadsheet. The families you most want in the room do the most work to get there.

On enrops a scholarship is a discount code. Set the amount, give the family the code, and they register through the same link as everyone else. Different award levels? Make a code for each.

The board asks what the software costs.

Every dollar spent on tools is a dollar that doesn't reach a kid.

enrops is free for your organization to use. You pay enrops $0 per transaction. Families pay a small enrops service fee, included in the price they see first. Or turn on cover the fee, and families pay your participation fee with nothing added.

The program lives in one coordinator's inbox.

Coordinators change. Volunteers rotate. The roster belongs to whoever built the spreadsheet.

On enrops every registration lands on the roster by itself: child's name, family email, grade and homeroom teacher, with a live count of who's enrolled. Families get a confirmation email and their own parent account.

No big switch

Start with one program. Keep your current tools.

Your donor database stays. Your email tool stays. Put the next program that opens on enrops and share the link. Nothing to migrate. On the Free plan there is no budget line to take to your board.

Have these ready and you'll finish in one sitting

1. Your program details: name, dates, price, ages.

2. The bank account you want payouts sent to.

3. Your EIN, or your SSN if you're a sole proprietor. Stripe asks for it to verify your business.

Free for businesses. Live in under 5 minutes.

Is there a fee on $0 or scholarship registrations?

No service fee on donations, tips, gift add-ons or $0 registrations. A fully funded spot registered at $0 carries no fee for the family or for you. A partial scholarship is still a paid registration, so the enrops service fee applies, with a $1.99 minimum, unless you choose to cover it.

What registration software do nonprofits use for youth programs?

Many youth nonprofits piece it together from a form builder, a payment link and paper. Registration software built for kids programs replaces that with one link for registration, waivers, payment and rosters. enrops is built for programs where families pay a fee for their kids to take part, whether the organization is a nonprofit or a business.

Pricing

What does enrops cost a nonprofit?

enrops is free for your organization to use: $0 a month on the Free plan and $0 to enrops per transaction. Families pay a small enrops service fee when they register, 3% of the participation fee, included in the price they see first, which is common for kids activities and camps. Your only cost is Stripe's standard processing.

A $240 participation fee: families pay $247.20, or $244.80 when they pay by bank and save. The price families see first is the price they pay. With cover the fee on, families pay $240.00 and the $7.20 comes out of your payout.

Participation fee$240.00
enrops service fee, 3%$7.20
Family pays by card$247.20
Family pays by bank$244.80
If you cover the fee, family pays$240.00

The service fee is refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded.

Questions operators ask before they sign up

Can nonprofits use enrops?

Yes. If families pay a fee for their kids to take part, enrops fits, whether you're a business or a nonprofit. There is no service fee on donations, tips, gift add-ons or $0 registrations.

How do scholarships work on enrops?

Through discount codes. Create a code for the amount of the award and give it to the family. They register through the same link as everyone else and enter the code. If you have more than one award level, create a code for each.

Is there a service fee on donations?

No service fee on donations, tips, gift add-ons or $0 registrations. The enrops service fee applies to paid registrations, and it is refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded.

Can we keep families from paying anything extra?

Yes. Turn on cover the fee in settings. Families then pay your participation fee with nothing added, and the enrops service fee comes out of your payout instead.

Can families pay over time?

Yes. You decide how many installments and when they fall, with no interest, plan fee or late fee. The enrops service fee is the same as paying in full, split across the installments.

Can I pull enrollment numbers for a grant report?

Each program's roster shows every registered child with grade and family email, and a live count of who's enrolled. That gives you enrollment by program and by site whenever a funder asks.

Do we need Stripe?

Yes. enrops uses Stripe so participation fees go straight to your organization's own Stripe account and pay out to its bank. If you already have Stripe, you connect the account you have. Have your organization's bank account and EIN ready.

Your next program could open today.

Create it, connect Stripe, share the link. Families register and pay in one place, and the money lands in your organization's own Stripe account.
