A $299 camp week: families pay $307.97, or $304.98 when they pay by bank and save. A $45 clinic: $46.99. Three kids are three registrations, each with its own fee. The price families see first is the price they pay.
The service fee is refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded.

Can I run clinics and camps from one account?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited registrations, families, programs and sites, with no per-location pricing. Each camp week, clinic and class is its own registration with its own link, roster and live enrolled count, so a one-day goalkeeper clinic and a five-week summer camp series sit side by side.
Is there free sports registration software?
enrops is free for businesses. The Free plan is $0 a month with unlimited registrations, and you pay enrops $0 per transaction. Families pay a 3% enrops service fee, minimum $1.99, included in the price they see first. Your only cost is Stripe's standard processing. It covers camps, clinics and classes, and leaves leagues to league tools.

Questions coaches ask before they sign up
Does enrops manage leagues, teams or tournaments?
No. enrops does not do league scheduling, standings, team assignment, brackets or tournament management. It registers families for camps, clinics and skills classes, takes payment and gives you the roster.
Can a parent sign up more than one kid?
Yes. Each child is their own registration, so each one lands on the right roster. The enrops service fee applies to each registration line: three kids are three registrations.
Can I use my own waiver wording?
Yes. enrops starts you with a waiver you can edit, and families sign it as part of registration, before they pay. Have your own insurer or attorney review the wording you use.
What happens if I cancel a camp week?
You refund the registrations from enrops. The enrops service fee is refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded.
Can families pay for camp in installments?
Yes. You decide how many installments and when they fall, with no interest, plan fee or late fee. The enrops service fee is the same as paying in full, split across the installments.
I already use a league app. Do I need to replace it?
No. Keep it for your league. Put your next camp or clinic on enrops and share the link. There is nothing to migrate.
What does it cost me?
enrops is free for businesses. You pay enrops $0 per transaction on every plan, unless you choose to cover the service fee for your families. Your only cost is Stripe's standard processing. Pro is $99 a month if you want the time-saving automations.
Do I need Stripe?
Yes. enrops uses Stripe so payments go straight to your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank. If you already have Stripe, you connect the account you have. If you don't, you create one during setup. Have your phone nearby, plus your bank account and your EIN, or your SSN if you're a sole proprietor.
