Registration software for STEM and coding programs

Your robotics club fills at registration. Or it doesn't.

The flyer goes home in Friday folders. A parent scans it on her phone that night, and the next three minutes decide whether her kid is in your club. enrops was built inside Journey to STEAM for that moment: one link where families register, sign your waiver and pay.

Free for businesses. Live in under 5 minutes.

Built for after-school clubs, camps and workshops. Year-round monthly memberships and skill progression tracking aren't part of enrops today. See who enrops fits today

Three pains, three fixes

How do STEM and coding programs take registrations?

Most start with a Google Form, a payment app and a spreadsheet per school. Registration software replaces all three with one link per program: families register, sign the waiver and pay from a phone, and the roster fills itself. On enrops, the first registration takes under 5 minutes.

Six schools. Six calendars. You, counting Thursdays.

Pick the district and the school, say the club meets on Thursdays, and enrops counts the sessions and shows you the no-school days. Every site gets the right number of sessions and the right end date, without the wall calendar.

The front office wants a roster. With grades. And teachers.

Rosters fill as families register: child's name, grade, homeroom teacher and parent email, with the total enrolled at the top. It's the list a school asks for, ready when they ask.

Sending rosters to your partner sites for you is set up with our team.

A parent scans the flyer at 9pm. What does she see?

The program, the dates and one price with the enrops service fee included. She pays by card, wallet or bank, and gets a confirmation email with the class details, the total paid and a calendar file. You get a paid registration while you sleep.

How does Journey to STEAM run registration?

On enrops. Journey to STEAM is a STEAM enrichment company founded by Dr. Arielle Hammond, a former school principal. Each program gets a schedule built around its school's calendar and one registration link. Families register and pay on a phone, and rosters fill with grade and homeroom teacher. enrops was built there first.

Journey to STEAM cut $83K in annual admin costs running on it. We built it, we run it, and the same registration is yours in under 5 minutes.

An honest fit check

Who enrops fits in STEM and coding today

This is the vertical enrops grew up in, so the fit is wide. It still has edges, and you should know them before you sign up.

Fits today

  • After-school clubs at school sites: robotics, coding, engineering, science, maker
  • Summer camps and school-break camps
  • Weekend workshops, competition prep sessions and family STEM nights with a paid signup
  • Programs across several schools. No per-location pricing.
  • New programs getting off Google Forms and Venmo

What enrops doesn't do today

Learning centers that bill a monthly membership all year. A payment plan splits one registration into the installments you set.

Belt, badge or skill progression tracking.

One-on-one tutoring calendars.

Makeup session scheduling.

Nothing to migrate

Start with one club. Keep everything else where it is.

What opens next? A winter robotics club, a spring break coding camp, a Saturday workshop. Build that one on enrops and share the link anywhere: the school newsletter, your email, a QR code on the flyer. Nothing to migrate. Your other programs stay where they are until you decide to move them.

Free for businesses. Live in under 5 minutes.

Have these ready and you'll finish in one sitting

1. Your program details: name, dates, price, ages.

2. The bank account you want payouts sent to.

3. Your EIN, or your SSN if you're a sole proprietor. Stripe asks for it to verify your business.

Pricing

Free for businesses. Here is where every dollar goes.

Families pay a small enrops service fee when they register, included in the price they see first, which is common for kids activities and camps. Your only cost is Stripe's standard processing. Prefer to cover the fee yourself? Turn it on in settings.

A $240 club: families pay $247.20, or $244.80 when they pay by bank and save. The price families see first is the price they pay. No service fee on donations, tips, gift add-ons or $0 registrations.

Your club price$240.00
enrops service fee, 3%$7.20
Family pays by card$247.20
Stripe's standard processing, 2.9% + $0.30$7.47
You pay enrops$0.00
You net$232.53

The service fee is refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded.

Straight answers

How do I run STEM classes at multiple schools?

Treat each school as its own program with its own schedule, link and roster. On enrops you pick the district and school, and the session dates build around that school's calendar. Every plan includes unlimited programs, sites and partner schools, with no per-location pricing, so adding a school adds no cost.

Instructor offers, class matching and roster sends to partner sites are set up with our team.

How do I price a STEM after-school class?

Add up what one session costs you: instructor pay, materials, the site fee and your own time. Multiply by the number of sessions, divide by the enrollment you can count on, then add your margin. When you enter the price, enrops shows what families pay so your flyer matches checkout.

Questions STEM program owners ask before they sign up

Was enrops really built by someone who runs STEM programs?

Yes. Founder Dr. Arielle Hammond is a former school principal who founded Journey to STEAM, an enrichment company that runs programs at 75+ school sites and has served 2,500+ students. She built enrops because Journey to STEAM needed it first.

Does my partner school pay anything?

No. There is no cost to a school, PTO or parks agency. Families register with you, and payments go to your own Stripe account.

Can I run programs at more than one school?

Yes. Every plan includes unlimited programs, sites and partner schools. No per-location pricing. Each program gets its own schedule, registration link and roster.

Can families split the cost of a camp?

Yes. You decide how many installments and when they fall, with no interest, plan fee or late fee. The enrops service fee is the same as paying in full, split across the installments.

Can I offer scholarships or discounts?

Discount codes are part of the Free plan. Create a code and share it with the families it is meant for. There is no service fee on donations, tips, gift add-ons or $0 registrations.

What does it cost my program?

enrops is free for businesses. You pay enrops $0 per transaction on every plan, unless you choose to cover the service fee for your families. Your only cost is Stripe's standard processing. Pro is $99 a month if you want the time-saving automations.

Do I need Stripe?

Yes. enrops uses Stripe so payments go straight to your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank. If you already have Stripe, you connect the account you have. If you don't, you create one during setup. Have your phone nearby, plus your bank account and your EIN, or your SSN if you're a sole proprietor.

Your next club could open today.

Create it, connect Stripe, share the link. Families register and pay in one place, and the money lands in your own Stripe account.
