Can parents register multiple kids for multiple weeks in one checkout?
Yes. Set up each week of camp as its own session on enrops. A parent adds each child to the weeks they want and pays once. The enrops service fee applies to each registration on its own, so three registrations carry three small fees, each included in the price shown.
Does it handle waivers and medical forms?
Waivers, yes. Families sign your waiver during registration, and you can edit the wording to fit your camp. If your camp needs a long health history or a physician's form, keep using the one you have alongside enrops. Better you hear that from us now.
When should camp registration open?
Earlier than most camps post. Camp operators hear it from their own families: parents start looking at summer in November and December, and a camp that posts in the new year has already missed some of them. Building a session on enrops takes under 5 minutes, so an early date costs you very little.

How much does camp registration software cost?
enrops is free for businesses. Families pay a small enrops service fee when they register: 3% of the price, $14.99 at most per registration by card, included in the price they see first. That is common for kids activities and camps. Your only cost is Stripe's standard processing.
A $1,200 camp: families pay $1,214.99, or $1,209.99 when they pay by bank and save. Payment plans carry the same fee as paying in full. Prefer to cover the fee yourself? Turn it on in settings.

Can families pay for camp in installments?
Yes. You decide how many installments and when they fall, with no interest, plan fee or late fee. A family on a plan pays the same enrops service fee as a family who pays in full. It is split across the installments.
What happens to the service fee when a family cancels?
Your refund policy is yours. When you refund a registration through enrops, the enrops service fee is refunded to the family too. Refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded, including when you are the one who cancels a session.
Does enrops work for overnight camps?
enrops fits day camps and summer programs best today. It takes the registration, the waiver and the payment, and builds the roster for each session. It does not assign cabins or bunks.
Can I put registration on my camp's website?
Share the link anywhere. Point your site's Register button at your enrops link, put it in your email, and print the QR code on your flyer. Families land on a page with your camp's name and register there.
Do I need Stripe?
Yes. enrops uses Stripe so payments go straight to your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank. If you already have Stripe, you connect the account you have. If you don't, you create one during setup. Have your bank account and your EIN ready, or your SSN if you're a sole proprietor.
What does enrops cost my camp?
enrops is free for you to use. You pay enrops $0 per transaction on every plan, unless you choose to cover the service fee for your families. Your only cost is Stripe's standard processing. Pro is $99 a month or $990 a year if you want the time-saving automations. No per-location pricing.
