What does a day camp need that an overnight camp doesn't, and the other way around?
Both need registration, payments, waivers and rosters. A day camp adds a daily rhythm: families booking single weeks, siblings in different age groups, a pickup line every afternoon. An overnight camp adds housing, a health center that gives medication around the clock, and travel days. Software built for overnight camps carries that second list, and its price.

How do weekly sessions, multi-week booking and sibling registration work?
Set up each week of camp as its own session, with its own dates, price and site. A parent adds each child to the weeks they want, signs the waiver and pays one total. Every registration lands on the right week's roster, so week 2 at one site is its own list.

Payment plans, refunds and credits
How do payment plans and refunds work for a summer of day camp?
Families can split a registration into the installments you set, with no interest, plan fee or late fee. Your refund policy is yours. When you refund a registration through enrops, the enrops service fee goes back to the family too. Family credits are not live yet.

How much does camp management software cost?

When should day camp registration open?
Open five to six months before your first day, once the site, dates and price are confirmed in writing. For a mid-June start, that is December or January. School-break camps move faster: open them as soon as the district publishes its calendar, and put the link in front of your school-year families first.

Do I need camp management software for a small day camp?
