How do chess programs take season sign-ups?
Create one registration for the season at each site. Set the club day, let the school calendar count the sessions, set the price, add your waiver. Publish and share the link. Families register and pay on a phone, and the roster fills itself while you coach.

Columbus Day. Conferences. The Monday the school decides is a late start. Every skipped week is a session you charged for and can't teach.

Does enrops track chess ratings and pairings?
No. enrops has no rating system, no pairing engine and no tournament bracket. Keep the pairing tool you already run tournaments on. enrops handles the part that pays you: registration, money, rosters, waivers and communication for the season and for the tournament day.
How do I pay coaches by the session?
Most chess programs pay coaches per session taught, which is a headcount question before it is a payment question. enrops holds the assignment and the roster behind it. How much does chess club software cost?
enrops is free for businesses. Families pay a small enrops service fee when they register, 3% of the program price, included in the price they see first, which is common for kids activities and camps. Your only cost is Stripe's standard processing. Pro is $99 a month.
A $120 season: families pay $123.60, or $122.40 when they pay by bank and save. A $25 tournament day comes to $26.99. Prefer to cover the fee yourself? Turn it on in settings.
The service fee is refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded. No service fee on $0 registrations.

Can I run a sibling discount?
Yes. Create a discount code and give it to the families it applies to, or put it on the flyer for a sign-up window. Codes work on any program, including the tournament day.
How do I take tournament entries?
As their own registration. Name it, price it, set the date, share the link. You get a roster for that day only. A free tournament is a $0 registration, and there is no service fee on $0 registrations.
Does enrops handle USCF ratings or pairings?
No. There is no rating system, no pairing engine and no bracket in enrops. Run pairings where you run them today and use enrops for registration, payments, rosters and waivers.
Can families pay the season across a few payments?
Yes. You decide how many installments and when they fall, with no interest, plan fee or late fee. Families on a plan pay the same enrops service fee as families who pay in full, split across the installments.
Can a kid join in week three?
Yes. Keep the registration open and price the remaining sessions, or leave the season price as it stands. Every new registration lands on the same roster with the live enrolled count at the top.
What does it cost me?
enrops is free for businesses. You pay enrops $0 per transaction on every plan, unless you choose to cover the service fee for your families. Your only cost is Stripe's standard processing.
