Software for mobile kids programs
Your classroom is in the back of your car.
A mobile program has no building of its own. You teach in schools, community centers, libraries, churches, parks and gyms, on their calendars, in their rooms. enrops gives every site its own registration link, its own start date and its own roster, in one account, with no per-location pricing.
Tuesday is Lincoln Elementary. Thursday is the community center, and the front desk there has never heard of you. Saturday is the library, where the room got double-booked. Three sites, three start dates, three sets of parents, one of you.

The part nobody builds for
Why doesn't class software fit a mobile program?
Most class software assumes you have a front desk: one address, one calendar, one room list, one person who answers the phone. A mobile program has none of that. It has a different roster, a different start date and a different set of house rules in every building it walks into.
Every site starts on a different day.
The elementary school starts the third week of September. The community center waits for its fall brochure. The library says October, maybe.
Build one program per site. Each carries its own dates, its own day of the week and its own price. For school sites, pick the district and the school and the session dates are calculated around no-school days before you publish.

The family has to know which building she signed up for.
When two sites run the same class, the wrong-site registration is the one that costs you a Tuesday afternoon phone call.
Each site gets its own link and its own QR code, with the site name, the day and the number of sessions on the page before anyone pays. Put the link on that site's flyer, that site's newsletter, that site's front door.

Your instructor walks into a building that isn't yours.
She needs the roster, the grade levels and the names before she gets to the door, because the office will ask and the office does not have your spreadsheet.
Every registration lands on that site's roster: name, family email, grade and homeroom teacher, with the live enrolled count at the top. Pull it up on a phone in the parking lot.
Set up with our team today: roster sends to your partner sites, authorized pickup and aftercare dismissal, instructor assignments, availability and sub offers.

How do I take registrations for programs at different sites?
Create one program per site and per term. Name the site in the program, set its dates and price, publish, and share that site's link with that site's families. Each program keeps its own roster. They all sit in one enrops account, on every plan, with no per-location pricing.
Who handles dismissal when it isn't your building?
Their front office does, usually with your instructor standing beside it. enrops holds the registration record that dismissal depends on: who the child is, who may collect them and what the family chose. Authorized pickup, aftercare dismissal and roster sends to your partner sites are set up with our team today.
Tell us how dismissal runs at each of your sites after you sign up and we will set it up with you. The rest of the walkthrough is on how it works. If a school or parks department wants every provider in its building on one system, there is no cost to the organization: send them to enrops for schools.
Have these ready and you'll finish in one sitting
1. Your program details: name, dates, price, ages.
2. The bank account you want payouts sent to.
3. Your EIN, or your SSN if you're a sole proprietor. Stripe asks for it to verify your business.

Built by a mobile operator
enrops was built by a company that carries its own bins.
Journey to STEAM has no building. It runs enrichment in other people's schools across Oregon and Washington, one roster and one calendar at a time. Every part of enrops that handles sites came from that.
Dr. Arielle Hammond spent a decade in public education, leading schools. She has signed the partner agreement from both sides of the table. Journey to STEAM cut $83K in annual admin costs running on enrops.

Pricing
What does it cost to run ten sites?
The same as running one. enrops is free for businesses, with unlimited sites and partner schools on every plan. No per-location pricing. Families pay a small enrops service fee, 3% of the program price, included in the price they see first, which is common for kids activities and camps.
A $150 session: families pay $154.50, or $153.00 when they pay by bank and save. Your only cost is Stripe's standard processing.
The service fee is refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded.

Is there a charge per site or per location?
No. Unlimited sites, partner schools and programs are on every plan, including Free. No per-location pricing. You pay enrops $0 per transaction unless you choose to cover the service fee for your families.
Can each site have its own price?
Yes. Price is set on the program, so a school site, a parks contract and a private site can run the same class at three prices in one account. Discount codes work per program too.
Can a family register for two sites at once?
Each site is its own registration, so a family registering a child at two sites completes two of them. Each one carries its own service fee, its own roster and its own confirmation email.
What if the building cancels a day?
Refund or adjust from the registration record. The enrops service fee is refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded. Family credits are not live yet, so today a cancelled session is handled as a refund or a change you make and tell families about.
Do my instructors get the roster?
Instructor invites, assignments, availability and sub offers are set up with our team today. Tell us how your sites are covered after you sign up and we will set it up with you.
Do I need Stripe?
Yes. enrops uses Stripe so payments go straight to your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank. If you already have Stripe, you connect the account you have. If you don't, you create one during setup. Have your bank account and your EIN ready, or your SSN if you're a sole proprietor.
