Language class registration software
Three levels, two rooms, and a parent who's sure her kid is ready for Level 2.
Language class registration software takes the term sign-up, the level question and the payment in one link, and keeps each level's roster separate. enrops does that for kids language and immersion programs running in schools and community sites: a term at a time, a level at a time, with the next term already waiting.
Winter registration opens Monday. Twenty-two families finished the fall term and you'd like most of them back, in the right room, without a week of email about which level their child belongs in.

Levels, placement, the next term
How do I run registration for multiple language levels?
One registration per level, per term, per site. Each carries its own day, its own price and its own roster, so Level 1 and Level 3 never mix. Families see the levels side by side and pick one. You move a child by moving the registration.
Each level is its own program.
Beginner on Mondays, continuing on Wednesdays, conversation after that. Build each one and each gets its own link, its own price and its own roster with a live enrolled count at the top.
Teaching at a school? Pick the district and the school and the term dates are calculated around no-school days before you publish, so the ten classes you charge for are ten classes you teach.

Placement is a conversation, so ask before it becomes one.
Add your own questions to the registration form: how long the child has studied, what they've covered, whether the language is spoken at home. You read the answers before week one and move anyone who's in the wrong room.
Want a real placement chat first? Open a $0 sign-up for it. There is no service fee on $0 registrations, so it costs the family nothing and costs you nothing.

A language program lives or dies on the second term.
One term teaches a child to count. Four terms teach a child to speak. The families who come back are the whole business.
Every family's email sits on the roster of the term they just finished. Build the next term, share the link with them first, and open it publicly after. Discount codes handle a returning-family rate.
enrops does not roll families into the next term on its own. You open it and you send it.

Does enrops test or track language proficiency?
No. There is no placement test, no proficiency scoring and no curriculum or lesson content in enrops. It holds what families tell you at registration and the roster you teach from. Keep the assessment and the curriculum where they are today.
What about immersion camps and school-break weeks?
Each one is its own registration with its own dates, price and roster. A week of immersion camp opens in minutes: name it, price it, set the dates, share the link. Payment plans, sibling codes and your waiver all work the same as they do on a term.
The full setup walkthrough is on how it works. For the camp side, see enrops for camps. If you teach at several buildings, enrops for mobile programs covers a link and a roster per site.
Have these ready and you'll finish in one sitting
1. Your program details: name, dates, price, ages.
2. The bank account you want payouts sent to.
3. Your EIN, or your SSN if you're a sole proprietor. Stripe asks for it to verify your business.

Built by an operator
enrops came out of a company that runs terms in schools.
Journey to STEAM runs enrichment across Oregon and Washington, term after term, in buildings it doesn't own. Getting the same families back next term is the number that decides the year. That is the business enrops was built around.

Pricing
How much does language class software cost?
enrops is free for businesses. Families pay a small enrops service fee when they register, 3% of the program price, included in the price they see first, which is common for kids activities and camps. Your only cost is Stripe's standard processing. Pro is $99 a month.
A $195 twelve-week term: families pay $200.85, or $198.90 when they pay by bank and save. A free placement sign-up carries no service fee at all. Prefer to cover the fee yourself? Turn it on in settings.
The service fee is refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded. No service fee on $0 registrations.

Can each level have its own price?
Yes. Price is set on the program, so beginner, continuing and conversation can each carry a different number in one account. Discount codes work per program too, including a returning-family rate.
How do families get placed?
Ask your placement questions on the registration form and read the answers before the first class. If you would rather talk first, open a $0 placement sign-up. There is no placement test or proficiency scoring inside enrops.
Can I move a child from Level 2 to Level 1?
Yes. Move the registration to the other program. The family keeps the same record, and a price difference is handled as a refund or an additional registration, whichever fits.
Does enrops re-enroll families automatically?
No. Build the next term, then share its link with the families on the term that just finished. Nothing rolls over on its own, which means nobody is charged for a term they did not choose.
Can families pay a term in installments?
Yes. You decide how many installments and when they fall, with no interest, plan fee or late fee. Families on a plan pay the same enrops service fee as families who pay in full, split across the installments.
Do I need Stripe?
Yes. enrops uses Stripe so payments go straight to your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank. If you already have Stripe, you connect the account you have. If you don't, you create one during setup. Have your bank account and your EIN ready, or your SSN if you're a sole proprietor.
