How to use this in 10 minutes
Read the sample waiver (page 3) once, straight through. Then skim the clause guide and mark the two or three clauses where your camp differs (water activities, transport, off-site trips). Bring the sample and the attorney checklist (page 7) to a licensed attorney in your state. That’s the whole sequence: sample, mark-up, attorney, done.
