Summer Camp Packing List
Every camp answers “what should we pack?” fifty times a season. This co-brandable printable answers it once: the core list, add-on modules, the don’t-bring list and a 30-second morning check.

What's inside
- Before you print: notes for the camp
- The day camp core list and the label-everything rule
- Five add-on modules: water day, field trip day, sports, arts, tech and maker
- The don’t-bring list
- A 30-second morning check for the front door
- A notes box for your camp’s own rules
How to use this in 10 minutes
Open the Word file (summer-camp-packing-list.docx) and drop your logo and camp name into the header slot at the top of each page. Keep the Day Camp Core List as-is; it fits every day camp. Delete the add-on modules that don’t match your camp; each module detaches cleanly without touching the rest. Check the Don’t-Bring list against your own site rules and add anything site-specific (your school may ban things this list doesn’t). Print it black and white, attach it to your welcome email, and stop answering the packing question one family at a time.
