How to use this in 10 minutes

Copy the 8 survey questions into a Google Form (they’re written to paste in order). Set the send date: the last week of the term, not after it ends. Put the testimonial script (page 4) somewhere you’ll see it when the results come in. That’s it. The survey runs itself; the scripts turn the best answers into marketing you could never write yourself.
