How to use this in 10 minutes
Pick the daily sheet that matches your program (Sheet 1 or 2, pages 3 and 4). Print a week’s worth per site, on a clipboard with a pen tied to it. Put the reconciliation checklist (Sheet 7, page 9) on the back of every clipboard. Give the multi-site cover sheet (Sheet 4, page 6) to whoever collects the clipboards.
