How to use this in 10 minutes

Print the audit table on page 3. Open your current registration form next to it. Run every field through the keep/cut/move rule, one row per field. Most program owners finish the first pass in 15 minutes and cut a third of their form. Passes 2 and 3 take five minutes each.
