Three things. All of them live today.
- Create your programs for that site and publish your registration link. Families register, sign your waiver and pay you there.
- Collect the details the site asks for at registration: grade, homeroom teacher, and pickup and dismissal plan.
- Send your roster to the site contact from enrops before your first session, with a note if there's something they should know.
Your programs, your prices, your families, your Stripe account. The site gets the roster you send. It doesn't get your family list.

What it costs you
Free for businesses. Here's why.
We earn when you earn. Families pay a small enrops service fee when they register, included in the price they see first, which is common for kids activities and camps. You pay enrops $0 per transaction. Your only cost is Stripe's standard processing. Prefer to cover the fee for your families? Turn it on in settings.
A $240 session: families pay $247.20, or $244.80 when they pay by bank and save. The price families see first is the price they pay. No per-location pricing.
Every new account has full access through its first 100 paid registrations. After that you choose Pro at $99 a month or stay on Free. Registrations aren't blocked on any plan.
The service fee is refunded to the family whenever the registration is refunded. No service fee on donations, tips, gift add-ons or $0 registrations.

What does it cost me?
enrops is free for businesses. You pay enrops $0 per transaction, unless you choose to cover the service fee for your families. Your only cost is Stripe's standard processing. Pro is $99 a month if you want more, and every new account has full access through its first 100 paid registrations.
Can the school or agency see my family list?
No. Each provider's account holds only its own families and sites. The school, PTO or agency gets the roster you send to its site contact. Other providers at the same site don't see your families, and you don't see theirs.
What if my programs are free to families?
There is no service fee on donations, tips, gift add-ons or $0 registrations. If your programs at this site are funded another way, email hello@enrops.com and we'll walk through the setup with you.
Do I need Stripe?
Yes, to take payments. enrops uses Stripe so money goes straight to your own Stripe account and pays out to your bank. Have your bank account and your EIN ready, or your SSN if you're a sole proprietor.
